This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration in Transmission Commercial Business Rates & Revenue (TSQR) organization of Transmission Products and Rates (TSQ), Transmission Marketing and Sales (TS), Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist (Rates) position will serve as an analyst in evaluating the development of short and long-term business strategy, market monitoring, revenue tracking and forecasting, cost benefit analysis.
